  • Please be prepared to provide additional documentation if you qualify for Earned Income Credit or College Tuition Credits.
  • Don't forget that we will need your RTN and bank account number if you are going to be direct depositing your refund into your account. This account must have the taxpayer's name, and spouse's name if applicable, in order for the deposit to be successful.
  • Please notify us of any address changes when dropping off your information. Also, if you have any new dependents, we will need their birthdate and SSN (copy of their social security card).
  • We encourage you to use our tax organizers located on our website, as they are very helpful in preparing your return.
